Scott Parker has been an insurance agency owner for two decades and is an industry veteran. Scott, who has been in the industry for 28 years, has been an Agency Principal and Owner for the last 22 years. He has built the Agency with ethical and honest Licensed Account Managers and Agents. He believes in putting the client’s needs and coverages first. Born and raised in East Texas, he moved to the Dallas area after college to take his first job in insurance.
When not in the office, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, or playing golf at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney.

From Tulsa, OK, Darren came to the Dallas area for a visit, planning to stay with his uncle for a couple of months… that was over three decades ago. He is easy to talk to and enjoys helping people so it’s not surprising that his 29 year insurance career started when one of his regulars recruited him away from his job as a young bartender. His consultative approach, as well as his extensive knowledge of home and auto insurance products, puts clients at ease.
In his off-time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their blended family... together they have two daughters, three sons, and two dogs. As a huge basketball fan, the most wonderful time of the year is actually during March Madness. While his wife is also a basketball fan, they make it a point not to watch the game together when Texas and OSU are playing. Let's just say that Darren likes Texas a bit more than his wife does.

Joe has been a Texas insurance agent since 2017. He focuses on the needs of his clients and provides explanations of what coverages mean to his customers. Joe looks at renewals and requotes when prices rise, and his goal is the same as the customer’s, to have the best coverage at the best price.
Joe specializes in home and auto insurance. He has been married for 26 years and has 4 grown daughters and 5 grandkids. Joe is a retired air traffic controller/supervisor with 28 years of service. He loves to fish and play golf.

Kelli has been in the insurance industry for over seven years and enjoys getting to know customers and helping them to understand what products make sense for their circumstances so that she can offer the proper coverages. Prior to insurance, she worked in the hospitality industry as a sales reporting analyst and will still jump at any opportunity to create a spreadsheet or organize information, data or even a closet. Born and raised in Austin, she has been in the North Texas area for more than 30 years.
When not at work she most enjoys spending time with her husband of 26 years, working in the yard, reading, gardening, sewing or just about anything related to home life.

Christi Cook brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, client service, and operations to her role at Parker Preferred Insurance. Throughout her career, she has managed complex schedules, coordinated multi-step service plans, streamlined workflows, and built strong relationships that helped businesses grow and thrive. Her background includes leadership roles in healthcare and business operations, where she specialized in improving efficiency and delivering attentive service.
Now licensed in General Lines Property & Casualty, Christi serves as an Insurance Account Coordinator at Parker Preferred Insurance. She enjoys helping clients feel confident in their coverage by keeping accounts organized and ensuring each client receives the right level of care and support. Christi is passionate about creating positive experiences for clients and values the trust that comes with being part of their insurance decisions.
Originally moving here from Colorado, Christi has called North Texas home for many years and now lives in Celina with her husband. Together, they enjoy time with their four grown children, four grandchildren, and energetic Australian Shepherd. Outside of work, Christi loves baking, gardening, fishing, and any activity that allows her to spend time with her family.

Outside of work, Missy is a proud wife and mom to her children and their beloved dachshund. She has a deep love for homemaking and finds joy in cooking, cleaning, and creating a warm, welcoming home. She also enjoys playing the piano, traveling with her family, and reading. One of her favorite ways to unwind is watching movies and TV shows – her favorites being mysteries and thrillers.
